We attended Sean's end of the year field trip to the zoo. Sean was very excited to be there but has been having a hard time with life lately. He was pretty frustrated and upset the whole time. It was kind of hot and miserable but I guess that is what a trip to the zoo in June is all about. We are grateful for the Giant Steps program and for providing this activity for us. Sean looks so grown up in this picture.
Mark and his crew.
We played with the Bringhust family for the first part of the day. Here is Hannah giving Sean a ride on her motorized chair.
The polar bear is fun. It looks like he and Luke are just hanging out in this picture.
Loved the seal show.
I love the merry-go-round. It's fun for the kids to pick out which animal they want.
The boys and I rocked the Peacock.
Sometimes Claire plays it "cool" and holds a straight face even when she is super excited. It made my day to see her smiling and so happy on this ride.
We were pretty much hot and tired and crabby by the end. Our water was warm so Daddy bought these ridiculously expensive icees to help cool us down.
This family is brought to you by Mark and Andrea
One of Claire's favorite parts
Our kids love having their pictures taken in these things.
