Easter Sunday

These pictures show the genuine joy and peace that exists in our home. We are relieved to be past the dark moments of the past year and can feel a great difference in where we are now. We feel the constant healing power of our Savior's atonement and are grateful to celebrate Him.

Easter Egg Hunt

We had an awesome Easter dinner at my brother's home in Salt Lake City. We ate yummy food, the kids played well and I don't remember ever hearing a break in the conversation. The kids had fun making bunny hats with Grandma Luke and gathering eggs in the backyard. Sean was an angel and handled himself well through all the activities which makes the holiday that much sweeter. We think we have pretty cute kids.

March Updates

Our family has spent the past two months working on healing and peace. The kids have kept busy in preschool and running around in the basement. We are enjoying the sunshine and have started big projects in our yard. It is exciting watching it come together. We have birthdays and anniversary's coming up and are enjoying our beautiful home. Here are some updates from March.

We had a great conference weekend. We had two containers of candy. One with a picture of Jesus and one with a temple. Every time we heard a speaker say "Jesus" or "temple" everyone got a piece of candy. The kids did a great job staying calm and snuggling and eating lots of jelly beans. There was a peaceful feeling in out home that weekend.
Sean's favorite outfit, a diaper and his McQueen boots.

Mark and I took a trip to Manti to witness Mark's brother's family be sealed. We are excited for their family to enjoy the blessings of a forever family and so proud of their efforts to go to the temple. We enjoyed watching their 2 year old run around the sealing room with excitement when it was his turn to be sealed. We couldn't help think of our special day when Luke was sealed to our family. It was a great thing to be in the temple with our three kids.
Sean had the assignment to take rocks for his first show and tell day.
It was super cute!

March snow day

We FINALLY had our one and only snow day in March. The snow was still coming down hard when we went out but was melted by the next day. I'm glad the kids got out to play at least this one time. The park was super fun covered in snow.

Lukey didn't enjoy any of it. Oh well.

March Farm Country

The sun came out and the first thing we did was head to farm country!!
The kids like to pick out which baby bunnies they want to bring home.
Lukey is brave enough to ride the ponies. They ran out of little ponies this day and he rode the biggest one.

March Moab Trip

Daddy went on an over night trip to Moab to go mountain biking with his friends and brothers. Biking is one of Mark's favorite activities and he had a great trip. The kids and I did well on our own while he was gone.
