Cute pictures that I took today Oct 31

The kids debuted their new matching church outfits.
I worked hard to find matching vests that were in the right size for the boys.
I am really excited!

Claire is our beautiful princess wearing her new dress that Grandma Hamblin bought for her. One of the perks of being the only Hamblin Granddaughter!
Love my baby's smile!
One of my new favorite pictures.
It doesn't get much crazier than this!!!!!!!

Cracking up before bedtime tonight. I believe Mark was "sneezing" at Sean.
Sean cracks us up!

I hope you enjoy all of our family pictures!
We had a fun weekend!

October 30th

Trick or treating at Grandpa Hamblin's house.
They get unlimited candy here.

Our famous wild turkey costume. Claire wore it two years ago. I have yet to find a costume as cute as this one. I love how much my turkey Sean looks like his mom.

Stopping by Sister Gallaher's house upstairs.
We love her!

Hamblin super hero/bird cousins.
They fit on the couch much better last year.
I love these sweet kids.

Baby Penguin #3

Are we kidding?? He is SO cute!

Trick or Treating at Grandma Luke's house

Asleep on Grandpa Hamblin's porch while the big kids get candy.
Baby Luke is the third baby to wear the penguin costume.
He tolerated Halloween well and was mighty adorable.

Fun stuff

Luke is big enough to fit the saucer. He was totally overwhelmed by the sounds and the big kids playing around him but he loved being upright.

I love this smile! Sean makes me happy.

Claire and Mommy have matching princess crowns. She is SO excited!

I bought these onesies last night. I had to. What choice did I have!
Luke is so lucky to have a birth Mommy/Auntie

Mark returned from New Mexico yesterday. We didn't get the Arizona job.
We are keeping our fingers crossed for Illinois or New Mexico.
I am grateful to have these interview opportunities but am SO happy to have Mark home to stay with us.

Precious Moments

Yay! Daddy's Home!

Mark just returned home from Chandler, AZ where he interviewed at Intel. Next he is headed off to Champaign, Illinois to interview for a post-doc position at the University of Illinois~Champaign, Urbana. In a few weeks he will fly to Albuquerque, New Mexico to interview for a position at a National Laboratory. Wow, it is a HUGE month for our family. We are hopeful that someone will offer us a job.
Where do you think we should go???

We are so fortunate to have an open adoption with Luke's birth Mommy. These moments are sacred for Kara as well as for those of us that get to witness this beautiful relationship.
Luke snuggled up to her and took a nap.

Kara helped us feed Luke rice cereal for the first time.
Luke is 5 months old. He rolls all over the house and just cut his first tooth!
He laughs and smiles and plays with toys.

We might be really excited!
