Beautiful Princess Claire
Sweet, Happy Ducky Sean
Crazy Turkey Lukey
Daddy drove Claire to school and watched her in the costume parade.
In the act!
The Hamblin kids definitely understood Trick or Treating this year! I was especially excited to watch Sean. He understood what to do and and even said Trick or Treat without too much prompting. In fact he had it down so well that he came up to me 15 times to say, "Trick or Treat!" Of course I helped by giving him candy every time. I was so very excited to see him be successful with a new activity. Daddy took the kids around the neighborhood then we sat on the porch and passed out candy to our neighbors. It was so nice and warm and the kids had fun eating candy and running around. With it being a school night we were determined to have the kids in bed by 8pm, the usual time. We turned out the porch light, blew out the pumpkins and had three kids asleep by 8:17! We were pretty proud of ourselves. Mark and I watched the first half of the first Harry Potter and were in bed by 10:00. We had a fantastic Halloween season but I am more than ready to move on to the next big events, Thanksgiving and our twenty week ultrasound on November 29!
