Luke's sealing day

My amazing friend Nancy Hale took these pictures of our family just moments before we entered the temple. This was the most special day and I am so grateful that she came to capture some of the excitement and joy of this grand occasion. It was cold and wet and we had a ball watching the kids run around the fountains. Mark and I were sealed in the Provo Temple almost 8 years ago. We had pictures taken on this day in some of the same places we posed for as Bride and Groom.
Mark and I are so blessed. These pictures remind me of how amazing it was to be in the Temple with my three kids. Our family can now be together forever.

Sean's birthday

Sean was a pro at opening presents.
We gave him some Cars cars, Lightening McQueen sunglasses and jammies and a Buzz Lightyear~All items that Claire has and won't share with him!

His very favorite toy is this farm tractor that his Grandma and Grandpa Luke gave him.
He even took it to bed with him for his nap.
Birthday snuggle time~my favorite!
Two handsome men
Sharing a birthday with Grandpa Hamblin is so much fun. I can still remember how excited Lyman was when we called to tell him that I was in labor.
He went around all day telling people that he was getting a Grandson for his birthday.
The birthday boys!
We dressed Sean up in his new jammies for bedtime.
One of his best words is "car".
He pointed all over himself saying Car!
It was adorable!

When I was pregnant with Sean my Mom told me that there was a special bond between Mothers and Sons. I had no idea how right she was and how much I would love this sweet boy. He has brought me such tender joy for two years now. He likes to be a big boy and I am excited to see what his third year brings.

Happy Birthday to our Sweet 2 year old!

January~so far

Here is a picture of Claire on her first day as a new Sunbeam in Primary.
Mark and I are continually impressed by what a mature, kind and friendly little girl she is.
She loves going to Primary!

I love Daddy play time!
Claire's new trick~picking up her baby!
I'm not sure how much Luke enjoys it.

I have been waiting for Luke to be big enough for the tub so I could take this picture.
Please note how proud Claire is of her baby.
Luke is a nut!
Sean is just being Sean.
This picture shows just how unique my children's faces are.
Mark's "book" dissertation finally came in the mail.
It was sent to BYU for printing in August.
We are so proud of him!
