I love these Stinkers!

Sean is crawling! He started crawling forward last week and by last night was crawling across the living room. He pulls up on our fingers and tries to take steps. Yesterday I watched him pull himself up on the couch!!! Sean has decided that he isn't a baby anymore. Can someone please talk to him!

When I was Claire's age I had a baby doll that I carried with me everywhere. I showed it to people and made them hold it. Claire has cars. She recently acquired a new mini sized Lightening McQueen and Mater. Cars is her favorite movie and she is very excited to have her own cars. She will show them to you if you come see her.

Here she is posing with her new treasures

New Jammies! Claire picked out the frogs.
(she is saying "cheese" in this picture)

Daddy and Claire supporting the team

We appreciate our Daddy who works full time, is writing his Dissertation, serving as the Ward Mission Leader and spends countless hours helping Mom and the two kids.

Babies always melt in his arms.

Mommy's two kiddos

Sean figured out how to sit up today. He rolled on to his tummy, got up on his knees and worked his way into a sitting position. I have seen him do it twice this morning. He is very proud of himself. He is now officially out his car seat for sleeping and is in his crib full time. We were so worried about how he would handle the transition and discovered that he actually sleeps better in his crib. I wish we didn't stress over transitions that kids are clearly ready for. Congratulations Sean!

Everyday we watch our Daddy head off to work wearing his back pack and riding his bike. The other day sweet Claire put her back pack on and rode her bike around the house. She said to me, "Open the door Mommy, I go to work today!"

"I grow fast....too much."

Every day I tell my kids to stop growing up so fast. Sean is not listening to me! At almost 8 months this little boy wants to be on the move. He gets into crawling position and starts rocking. He lunges and reaches for anything he decides that he wants. He no longer sits quietly in our laps at church. He has to be on his feet jumping and grabbing. Sean's hair is white and he has beautiful blue eyes like his sister. He is teething like MAD! The poor guy had a minor teething fever for three days, a runny nose for a week, all day pain and he still doesn't have any teeth. Baby Eva and Baby Paul are making us look bad. I just wish that Sean would get a prize for all of his pain. Sean is a binky/blankie boy. He started babbling and blowing raspberries a few weeks ago. Sean is in a hurry to grow up. I love the times that I get to swaddle him in his blanket and rock him to sleep. My Claire bear grew up without my permission and I'm sure sweet Seanzee will too. Someday he too may look at me like his big sister and say, "I grow fast...too much."

First time in a swing

Jumping on Daddy

Standing up at the couch~WHAT??!!

We purchased this Fisher Price Jumper from an ad in KSL classifieds. It is normally $100 in the stores and we got it for $30! Sean loves to jump! He is a very happy baby in his jumper. The yelling in the video is from my sweet two year old who was having a very hard time letting Sean play with his new toy.
