Tiger

                             We adopted a Cat!

 Our family cat Tiger came to us from my sister's family. Tiger is about 9 months old. My nieces and nephews took great care of him as a kitten. He is completely litter box trained and very well behaved. Here are some fun pictures of the kids getting ready to take Tiger home. We didn't tell them about Tiger joining our family until we were ready to go. Claire is the most excited. She has been wanting a pet for awhile. She is the best at taking care of him. Sean thinks the cat is pretty great. Lukey is way too rough with Tiger and manages to get scratched and bit. Sometimes Luke is sweet and the other day I watched him kiss Tiger on the nose.

 Here is Tiger on the first morning helping me give Luke and Sean a bath before church. Tiger likes to be around us and especially likes all the running water in the bathroom.

 Tiger has decided that his favorite place to nap is on my new chair that I got for Christmas for the purpose of rocking and feeding a new baby. I can't get mad at him though. It's a nice chair!

This is our first pet. We had been debating a cat for over a year now. We almost broke down and bought a kitten for Christmas. We changed our minds because we weren't sure we could handle the responsibility of a young kitten and a new baby at the same time. Tiger is a perfect age for our family. He has a funny personality. He has only been in our home for a couple of weeks and it feels like we are still trying to figure each other out.
