Yes, that's right, that is the Christmas Tree going up. Christmas is in full swing at the Hamblins. Mark put the lights up outside. Thanks to Mark's Mom, we have a three foot snowman that sits on the front lawn. We listened to the Carpenter's Christmas album in the morning and by lunchtime had decided that the tree was going up too! We had tons of fun! Claire loves the tree and the lights. She loves "ball, balls" and Christmas comes with all kinds of balls. We purchased "Claire proof" plastic balls for the tree this year and Claire helped put them up. Yes, we know that we are a bit crazy for getting started early but Mark and I have always put Christmas up before Thanksgiving. This is the best time of the year. Why not enjoy it for an extra week.

You guys are so cute! We loved Claire's halloween costume:). We just got our tree up too- it is so fun to see the kids decorate the tree! We had so much fun on Sat. night; thank you so much for letting us use those basketball tickets- I loved it. Please let us know if there is anything we can ever do to repay you:)
